PETS: Pets older than 12 months approved with proof of current vaccination records and color photo of your pet(s) submitted with your application. $250.00 per pet nonrefundable pet fee. $35.00 additional monthly pet rent. 1 Pet Limit.
A property can be held for up to 14 days after an application has been approved. Hold requires a signed lease and payment of security deposit in full.
