Welcome home to Harris Duplex, a charming and pet-friendly property located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Iowa State University, restaurants, shopping, and CyRide stops. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features a private entrance, comfortable layout, and the feel of a home with the convenience of Ames living. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except internet and lawn care, which are covered by the Landlord. Dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $250 pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in, and one pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, please note that each tenant who plans to reside in the unit must submit their own application, and all applications must be submitted together.
