This apartment is quite the find It is nestled among trees and has been freshly painted. It has all new carpeting throughout and the bathroom as has nice updates. Very spacious apartment with an eat in kitchen and pantry. Off street parking. There is a stackable washer/dryer in this unit. Has newer windows and entry doors. Oh, and we almost forgot, ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED Resident would be responsible for telephone/cable service. Screening: -We charge $65 per person over the age of 18 which covers our cost for completing the screening process. -We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income verification and rental history. -Please include in the application your last 3 pay stubs and your Photo ID -If interested please apply.
