Each case is evaluated based on factors such as nature, severity, circumstances, and recency of the offense. - Evictions: Any eviction within the last seven (7) years will result in an automatic denial. - Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in. - Housing Vouchers: This property does not accept AHFC, rent relief, or any other housing assistance vouchers.
