Pet Policy: We will allow a maximum of two indoor spayed or neutered cats with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 due upon move in. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs. Apartments will not be held with a verbal agreement and all apartments are on a first come first serve basis. When you submit an application, it is time-stamped; this will determine "first come, first serve" as apartments are taken very quickly. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum monthly income requirement of $3,165.00 (additional qualifications apply).
