The apartment also comes with an electric range, dishwasher, fridge and central heating and air conditioning, plus its own hot water heater. There is a shared laundry room onsite and the property owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Month to month rental agreement or one year lease, so you can stay as long as you want. One pet dog or cat is allowed for an extra $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant insurance required. No smoking allowed.
