Additional details
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. We require a non-refundable pet fee of $300, along with pet deposit of $200, per each pet that is to be paid at move-in. We also require monthly pet rent of $20 per pet, to be paid on the 1st of each month in accordance with the lease agreement.
