Award-Winning Illahee Apartments has one top level Columbia River View unit available in early June. All units have two large bedrooms, updated bathrooms, large living room with dining area opening to bright kitchens with upgraded appliances. All units have views of downtown Astoria and the Columbia River, in addition to private decks or patios, covered parking, on-site laundry and other amenities. Complex is well located, well maintained, and has private park. All units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit. Rent is $1895.00. Application fee is $50. Security deposit is equal to two months rent. Pet Friendly for one small dog, 18lbs or under. There is a $50 per pet per month increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the conditionally refundable security deposit. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent.
