Welcome to The Dunes at Coastal Point, a long-term residential community in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, where life on the Crystal Coast is part of your everyday routine. Our one- and two-bedroom apartment homes are designed for year-round living, with lease terms beginning at 12 months.
Explore the Sand Dune one-bedroom, the larger Cove Deluxe one-bedroom, and the Driftwood two-bedroom, two-bathroom. Layouts, finishes, floor levels, and views vary by home, giving you room to find the fit that feels right. Apartments also include in-home laundry.
A simpler monthly payment is part of the appeal: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and trash are included through our bundled flat-rate utility package. Application fees, deposits, and applicable pet charges are separate.
Outside your door, discover beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, pickleball, a pet spa, and outdoor gathering areas. The best parts of coastal living are woven into the everyday.
We are now leasing one- and two-bedroom homes in Buildings 104 and 106, with additional apartment options anticipated in Buildings 211 and 213. Our Heroes Discount is available until December 31, 2026! Qualifying military members and veterans receive 10% off base rent, while nurses, first responders, teachers, and government or public-service employees receive 5% off base rent. Ask about eligibility and available homes. Discounts apply to base rent only.
