The Dunes offers thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with the ease of all utilities included in one flat monthly payment. Water, electricity, Wi-Fi, cable, and trash are bundled into your monthly rent, giving you a simpler way to live without separate utility setup or surprise monthly bills.
Residents enjoy a calm coastal setting with beach access, resort-style amenities, and everyday conveniences designed to make home feel easy. Community features include indoor and outdoor pool access, a fitness center, pickleball courts, pet-friendly living, and shared outdoor spaces for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the Crystal Coast.
For a limited time, The Dunes is also offering a Heroes Discount as a small thank-you to those who serve our communities.
Military residents may receive 10% off monthly rent with a valid military ID. Nurses, first responders, and teachers may receive 5% off monthly rent with qualifying documentation.
Select accessible apartment homes are available. The Dunes is also pet-friendly, with pet screening required and up to two pets permitted per apartment, subject to approval.
