The property offers a pool, spa, clubhouse, and fitness center. We are a gated community with security patrol onsite nightly. Our rental rates are as follows;
1 Bedroom/1 Bath 725sqft One Parking Space
$1,490.00 for a six-month lease.
$1.390.00 for a twelve-month lease.
2 Bedroom/2 Bath 1004sqft Two Parking Spaces
$1,595.00 for a six-month lease.
$1,495.00 for a twelve-month lease.
There is a $30.00 per month additional fee for solid waste/trash.
$500.00 Security Deposit for all units. *O.A.C.
1 ONLY small dog under 15lbs (that has been spayed/neutered and has current rabies shot) allowed in select units with a $500.00 additional deposit. Sorry no other pets are allowed.
