For your safety and the safety of all our tenants. Any information received is good for any unit for 40 days, so see as much as you want to make sure you find a good fit for you. A background check is required as part of the Showing process. This can be used toward any unit you choose with us within 40 days. We require a 620 or better credit score for approval. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months' rent in advance. Setting your showing can be done right on our site, we will contact you for your showing. We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting. This can include video tours in some cases. Pet policy: $25 per pet each month-2 pet maximum- nonrefundable - pet fee. Cats are welcomed - 2 cats per unit are allowed. Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age. Please note: All our buildings are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.
