ALL furnishings in the apartment will become property of the new resident at no additional cost (management can remove anything that is not wanted before you move in). $900 per month (includes water, sewer, trash), $900 security deposit. $25 per adult tenant application fee(non-refundable). No rottweilers, pit bulls (staffordshire terriers), or pitbull mixes will be considered due to insurance restrictions. What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have a verifiable GROSS income of $2,700 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a background check and a credit check.
