This apartment features a washer, dryer, dishwasher, private balcony or patio, wood-burning fireplace, and electric heating! Permitted parking is available, limit one car per tenant. Parking is located in the parking lot on a first-serve basis, or non-permit parking on the street. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electric into their name. One small pet under 25 pounds is allowed with prior approval and additional fees. *Note: Photos may not depict the exact unit(s) available. It is a lease requirement to maintain tenant liability insurance. * $65 Application Fee Per Adult and Cosigner (if the property is within the City of Bellingham limits, the fee will be $52.25 & if the property is within the City of Ferndale limits, the fee will be $50).
