A $40 monthly utility fee per resident covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling. Residents pay electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, and optional services separately.
Pets are welcome with a refundable $250 pet deposit per pet.
Each applicant pays a $50 screening fee. Renter's liability insurance is $13 per month through our provider unless residents provide proof of qualifying alternative coverage.
Move-in dates more than 14 days after lease signing require a holding fee equal to 25% of one month's rent. The holding fee applies toward the security deposit and becomes nonrefundable if applicants do not take possession under the holding agreement.
First month's rent, security deposit, insurance, and applicable fees are due before move-in.
