South Haven Apartments

The South Haven Apartments are located in the Happy Valley neighborhood, conveniently close to WWU's campus and nearby bus lines. These exterior-entry, walk-up units feature 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floorplan, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and gas fireplace. Free on-site parking is available with permits. A $40 monthly utility fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, and other optional services. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional refundable pet deposit of $345 per pet, limited to two pets per household, and breed, weight, or other restrictions may apply. Current vaccination records may also be required. Application fees include a $50 screening fee per applicant. Renter's liability insurance is required at $13 per month through our provider unless proof of alternative qualifying coverage is provided. If the approved move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, a holding fee equal to 25% of one month's rent will be required to hold the unit. The holding fee will be applied toward the security deposit at move-in and may become non-refundable if applicants fail to take possession of the unit under the terms of the agreement.
