The layout features an open-concept living space that includes a comfortable living room, a modern kitchen, and a full bathroom. Moving through the kitchen, you'll enter the bedroom, which provides access to a spacious walk-in closet and a combined laundry area. These units are designed for efficiency and easy upkeep, while still offering ample room for everyday living. Heating and cooling are provided by a highly efficient split-system setup, allowing you to independently control the temperature in the bedroom and the kitchen/living room areas. All utilities and services are included in the monthly rental rate of $975. This single payment covers fiber internet, electric, water, sewer, and trash service. Pet Policy A one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $150 is required. Monthly pet fees are $25 for the first pet and $25 for the second, with a maximum of two (2) animals allowed. Restricted dog breeds include: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and wolf-hybrids.
