This is a low-income housing community. Applicants cannot make over a certain annual income to qualify for the advertised rental rate. These rental units are at market rental rate because these units are subject to annual data submission to US Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships Program. Once a year, Tenants shall complete the annual documentation request, including but not limited to, Tenant Household Information Sheet, Summary of Family Income, two months income verification, and if applicable a Zero Income Affidavit.
12-month lease term.
Tenant is responsible for setting up and maintaining all utilities (power & water).
