2537 Spruce consists of the original house on the property and a 3-unit building that was added onto the back. This great central location in downtown Boulder offers easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses as well as Pearl Street and the 29th Street Malls.
Apartment #2 is the first unit behind the original house. This two-story spacious apartment used to be two units, but was opened up into one, so there are two living rooms. One of the lower bedrooms has its own private entrance too. There is a fenced patio/dog run off the back of the unit, with a picnic table. Off-street parking in back is shared between #2, 3, and 4. Unit #1 uses the driveway. There is a communal laundry room with coin-operated machines on the property that all the units share.
This apartment is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There's a wall A/C unit and fireplace in the main living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
CATS allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit
ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 dog deposit
