715 Marine Street consists of the original house that was split into two apartments, and a 6-unit addition on the back. The house and addition are separated by the on-site laundry room. The central location is easy walking distance from CU campus, the Hill and Pearl.
Apartment #5 is on the middle level of the addition. Ground level units have fenced yard areas, while middle and top-level apartments have decks. Each unit has a wood-burning fireplace and A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and access to an on-site laundry room. Carpet in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. There's an on-site laundry room with coin-operated machines for tenants to use.
These units are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit for the living room will stay, but any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

Living room = 24'10" x 12'2"
Bedroom #1 = 9'10" x 12'5"
Bedroom #2 = 8'11" x 12'
Bedroom #3 = 11'5" x 10' (with attached bathroom)
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. Sorry, no dogs allowed unless it's a service/support animal.
We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least a day's notice.
