Please note that the garage belongs to other unit in the duplex, the larger two bedroom on the property. The entrances to this unit are via the black door to the right of the garage, as well as the front door located on N. Cottonwood Road. As stated above, this unit has access to a parking pad and street parking. All of our tenants need to have a $100,000 renters insurance policy. Tenants will need to pay $11.00 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance at the start of the lease. Tenants are strongly encouraged to have their own renters insurance. No pet(s), smoking, and/or vaping are allowed. These are not negotiable. Owner pays for Water/Sewer. Tenant(s) are responsible for all other utilities including: Electricity, Natural Gas, Garbage, and Internet. Tenant(s) are also responsible for snow removal of the front walkway to the sidewalk and back parking pad. Lawn care is provided by the owner. Vigilante Management runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Vigilante Management can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer for each tenant. 233.1028.
