Where Main Street meets E. Balcom, Mid City Apartments redefines a historic warehouse as a modern residential community. This $10 million redevelopment transforms the former Allied Household Storage building into 50 well-designed apartment homes and active commercial space.
The building is marked by "Metamorphosis #5," a large-scale mural by artist Tavar Zawacki, known for his signature upward-arrow motif.
This six-story, controlled-access community offers one and two-bedroom apartment homes that feature stainless steel appliances, modern window treatments, and double elevators. Imperial Pizza Bar & Restaurant and a Barre Fitness Studio occupy the ground floor for added convenience. Residents also benefit from secure storage units and a bike station equipped with an air pump and storage rack.
Mid City Apartments offers practical, modern living in a central Buffalo location.
