Rental Management One is leasing agent only. No dogs, 1 cat is okay with approval and $300 non-refundable pet fee. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. All occupants age 18+ must submit an application ($65 application fee per person). Minimum qualifications include income of at least 3 times the monthly rent, a credit score of 580 or higher, satisfactory rental history, and a successful background screening. No evictions or bankruptcies within the last 7 years. Applications must be fully completed before processing. Approved applicants must sign the lease within 48 hours. A one-time $150 holding fee is due upon application approval. A security deposit equal to 1.5 times the monthly rent is due at lease signing, and the first month's rent must be received at least 5 business days prior to move-in.
