Community benefits include swimming pool, laundry onsite, assigned parking (1 parking space is currently available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The tenant who chooses not to take the parking space will receive a $75 monthly rent discount.) and control access entry. Unit benefits include: stove, balcony in some units, air conditioner, and ample storage. This unit is inexpensive given our prime location, we are close to shops, restaurants, schools. and public transportation. At Sherman Way Garden Apartments you do not have to sacrifice stylish living for an affordable price, we give you both. Pets will be subject to a $25/month, per pet fee, with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. For those approved applicants with ESAs or service animals related to an accommodation due to disability, no pet rent will be charged.
