A non-refundable twenty-dollar application fee is required when you turn in your application. You must complete all of your application in full to be accepted on wait list. Our screeners investigate criminal background, credit, rental and employment history. The investigation can take between one and three business days. Applicants are approved or declined based on our tenant selection policy and eligibility requirements. ? Managers will disburse the tenant selection policy along with the application to applicants. Please look over the eligibility criteria before returning your application to us for processing. Part Two: Once you have qualified with our management agency, a manager will call you to complete income verification forms. The verification forms will be sent out to all sources of income to verify that you income qualify. Income qualify: In order to be eligible for the Cape Meadows apartments your yearly income must be less than $37,680 for one person, $43,080 for two persons, $48,480 for three persons, $53,820 for four persons. All members of household cannot be full time students. If you are in school we will send a verification form to the school to verify full or part-time status
