What's special
Every applicant will go through our standard screening process, which includes a background check, credit review, income verification, and verification of rental history with the current landlord. Please make sure to submit all required documents and information so your application can be processed without delay.
Applicants are required to have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount.
Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, and lawn care.
Pets are negotiable.
*There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet.
Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If the applicant is approved for the move-in and does not take possession by the scheduled move-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited.
The application fee is $65.
If approved, there is a $199 admin fee due at lease signing.
Tenant responsible for gas, electric and monthly $45 water fee. Tenant will need to set up trash in their name.
unauthorized pets are grounds for eviction and there will be a no questions, no excuses, no conversation if a pet is seen or heard in the unit. They will be charged with a $500 violation fee
