Tenant pays: gas (forced air furnace heat), and electric (air conditioning, lights, stove, etc.). Landlord pays: water, sewer, trash, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. Cats are welcome with a $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee. +$25 monthly for up to two cats. Dogs are not allowed In order to qualify, the owner wants to see dependable credit history, and proof of income greater than 3x the monthly rent (combined) .
