A $185 monthly utility fee will be charged for water, gas (including hot water and cooking), and trash collection. Residents are responsible for connecting and paying for all other utilities. The $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing the lease. A $600 nonrefundable restoration fee is due on the lease start date. Pet friendly with a one-time non-refundable $395 pet fee.
