This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Application Processing Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. There is no security deposit associated with this apartment.
