Must view the apartment to apply. Utilities such as heat, water, sewage, and garbage pickup are all covered by the property owners, leaving you with just the cooking gas and electric bill to pay. Please note that we uphold a no-pets policy and require a credit check (minimum score of 650), background verification, and proof of income at least three times the monthly rent. A one-year lease is required, and at the lease signing, the first month's rent, last month's rent, and move-in fee ($450) are due. A credit and background check is necessary for each tenant listed on the lease, with a fee of $50 per application.
