Welcome to North Vista Manor Apartments. We currently have both a 1-bed/1-bath and a 2-bed/2bath unit available for rent now. Please be aware that the property pictures are of similar units, but not those listed for rent. Our apartment is conveniently located in College Hill near the corner of W. North Bend Rd. and Winton Rd. Enjoy a swim in the pool when the weather is nice. Ample parking, central air, on-site laundry and management. Please call and our Manager will be happy to schedule a time for you to see the unit. She will have applications on hand if you would like to apply after seeing the unit. We have our own applications with a fee of $35, not through Zillow. Sorry, but we have a no pet policy. Thank You.
