This is a very large 2-3 bedroom one bath duplex (1140 sq feet of finished living area). The living room (17 1/2 x 14) and kitchen (17 x 11) are huge and the two bedrooms are very good sized (13 1/2 x 11 1/2 & 12 x 11 1/2). The smaller of the two bedrooms has an entire wall of built in shelves, drawers and cabinets. There is an additional room that could be a nonconforming kids bedroom or office (10 x 10), however you walk through one bedroom to get to this room. The laundry room is off of the kitchen (9x10).
