Leases are individual leases, which means each roommate is only liable for themselves. All applicants must have a cosigner, with limited exceptions. Only two pets per apartment are allowed. Pet rent is determined after a third-party screening. Property management handles landscaping, trash bins, pest control and routine maintenance.
