Welcome to The Row at the Stadium (formerly known as Reign Living). We offer fully-furnished 3, 4 and even 6 bedroom modern townhome apartments located near U of SC; all with private bedrooms, private bathrooms, walk-in closets and a bonus half bathroom for guests on the first floor of each townhome. Your new townhome apartment will feature premium wood-style flooring, a huge kitchen pantry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, modern pendant lights, a washer and dryer, and a 55" Smart TV in the living room. Select floor plans also include patios and balconies. 1GIG WiFi internet, a modern furniture package and trash service are included in your monthly rental installment. Electricity, water and sewer are billed directly to each resident for exact usage. We offer a private campus shuttle to make your commute to class simple. When you're not in class or exploring the surrounding area, we guarantee you'll be spending your free time at our resort-style sun deck, oversized hot tub, outdoor media lounge and exclusive lazy river equipped with a surround sound audio system. The Row also features an outdoor kitchen, grilling stations, fire pit, and sand volleyball court. Our resident clubhouse includes a 24-hour fitness center, Mac & PC labs with free printing, study spaces, and an open study hall. Resident and visitor parking are available, as well as bicycle storage.
