Residents responsible for required monthly utilities & services: Electricity paid to Xcel Energy includes air conditioning, cooking, & lighting for all apartments. Average $70-$140. Price varies. RUBS Water/Sewer variable* Resident portion is paid to Hornig Companies in the resident portal. Billing will always be 2 months behind; you pay for the water/sewer after you use it. Usage based on how much the building uses, divided by how many people live in your apartment. Average $25-$60 depending on household size, varies monthly. RUBS Processing Fee $6.00 fixed rate paid to Hornig Companies in the resident portal. Trash Service $15.00 Fixed resident portion is paid to Hornig Companies in the resident portal. *See utility addendums for full RUBS disclosure. **Residents are required to have Renter's Insurance with $100,000 limit of liability. Residents that provide the Declarations Page of their own Renter's Insurance policy with all adults listed on a policy will have these fees waived. We allow service animals, companion animals, & emotional support animals, our verification process is completed during the application process. Vet papers are required.
