The former Virgil Elementary School has been extensively renovated to provide 22 one- or two-bedroom residences for persons of age 55 or older. Each unit has individually controlled A/C and heat and comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. Rent includes heat, electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi internet, laundry, trash removal, and parking. The property also serves as a community center offering an on-premises commissary, restaurant, laundry, library / computer room, exercise room, weight room, and space for planned social events. The school gym is available for yoga, cardio, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, and weight training classes. There are athletic fields for soccer, baseball softball, basketball, playground, and walking trails. Dogs, cats, or other household pets, not to exceed two per unit, with Landlord's express consent and payment of a one-time fee.
