TLC Realty has a 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse style apartment. This apartment comes unfurnished. This unit has onsite laundry (coin operated) and a fenced in patio. We are hoping this unit will afford you independence, privacy, lifestyle and convenience. Great for student living! Walk to downtown Corvallis shopping and restaurants; we are located just 9 blocks from Oregon State University. Utilities paid includes water, sewer and garbage; tenant is responsible for electric. Rent is $1495.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $2990.00. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required at the time of move in. No Smoking. When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months' worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, tax returns, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene (again, this is the only fee we collect during the application process - applications are free to fill out and turn in) We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. You must apply online on our website before we will schedule an appointment for you to view the unit. We will only schedule viewings to Qualified Applicants only! You must apply first. IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED, you will have a chance to view the inside of the unit. We will ask that you send us a copy of your driver's license; that way we can provide you with a lockbox code to enter the property on the agreed time/day.
