You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog is required. Two animal maximum per apartment. Breed restrictions apply for both cats and dogs. No larger than 35 pounds for dogs. Resident must provide proof of licensing for all dogs with the county and/or city according to local regulations. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
