Coventry’s Anthony, Arkwright, Harris, Spring Lake and Washington neighborhoods spread across a largely inland landscape of wooded stretches, ponds and streams, with New England’s distinct seasonal weather. Historic mill villages and former industrial sites reflect the area’s manufacturing past, while local roads connect residential pockets with everyday shops and casual dining; coffee options are generally neighborhood-scale rather than concentrated in a major district. Outdoor recreation includes Coventry’s parks, trails and water access, with places such as the Coventry Greenway offering a route for walking and biking. Libraries and playgrounds provide additional community amenities. Driving is useful for getting between the scattered villages and reaching broader shopping and dining choices; public transit is more limited. For ZIP code 02816, the median rent is $1,690 per month, with a typical range of $1,400 to $3,850.
