Each one-bedroom unit includes luxury vinyl planks, heating and air-conditioning, a walk-in closet, and a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and pantry. Income restrictions: 1 person cannot exceed $82,500/year; 2 people cannot exceed $94,300/year. Applicants must have a gross monthly income that is at least twice their monthly rent.
