Breed Restrictions: Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman, Pinchers, Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers or Bull Terriers), Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios, and Shar-Peis.*Otherwise, only caged/aquarium/terrarium animals/birds/fish allowed. No rabbits, ferrets, rats/mice, no exotic pets (i.e. spiders, snakes etc.) All pet owners must have a signed pet clause included with the lease packet.
Additional details
A maximum of 2 cats per apartment. Only one dog per apartment unless the total of two dogs is less than the maximum for that floor. Dogs must be no more than 30 lbs on the 2nd and 3rd floor and no more than 80 lbs on the 1st floor. Weights are to be determined as adult dogs. No more than 2 pets per apartment. Additional monthly fee of $25 per month per cat, $40 per month per dog. Security deposit on an apartment with pets is $500 total.
