Our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments are located in a vibrant, accessible neighborhood, they provide easy access to public transportation, local schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and shopping centers. Our on-site team welcomes you to come tour one our units which come equipped with full kitchens, spacious living areas, and ample lighting. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for the peaceful enjoyment to all our residents. In addition to affordable rent, we also provide access to community resources, including on-site maintenance, newly upgraded laundry facilities, and a tenant portal. We prioritize creating a sense of community where residents can thrive together. To be placed on the waitlist: (1) turn in completed application(s) (2) pay app fee(s) (3) copy of ID(s), social security card(s), birth certificate(s), and (4) verification of all income. We proudly offer 20 HUD Housing Choice Vouchers, most of which are currently in use. Current residents receive priority on the waitlist. New applicants may apply to be placed on the waitlist for when a voucher becomes available.
