Arlington Heights Apartments are located in the River Bend neighborhood, just North of downtown and minutes from Birdland Marina, Drake University, and Union Park. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short-term leases available for an additional fee. Residents pay for all utilities: Electric and Gas through MidAmerican Energy; and a portion of Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest Control is billed monthly with rent. Apartments feature boiler heat and have a space for the resident to provide window air conditioning. Pet-friendly, no breed restrictions. No more than 2 pets per apartment home. No initial pet fee and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply.
