At our pet-friendly community, we believe in creating the perfect blend of comfort, style, and affordability for our residents. Screening Criteria: To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria: - Household gross monthly income should be 3 times the base rent plus RUBS. - Minimum credit score of 625. - No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments). - Clean criminal history. - Clean rental history. Utility Policies: - Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for common area electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee. - Residents are responsible for setting up MidAmerican Electricity & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired. Amenities: - Enjoy the pet-friendly environment with no breed restrictions. - Limit of 2 pets per household, including dogs, cats, small aquariums (10 gallons or less), tanks (10 gallons or less), and caged animals like hamsters, ferrets, and rabbits. - A $250 non-refundable pet fee per household and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet apply. Fees: - Application Fee: $25, due upon submission of your application. - Minimum Security Deposit: $500, due to secure your unit. - One-Time Administration Fee: $75, due upon move-in.
