Located near The Park at Flatrock and Bryan Playground for lots of quiet strolls or family fun. Application Process Step 1: Complete the application and pay the $20 application fee for each household member over the age of 18. Payment must be made by certified check or money order payable to the property. Step 2: We will conduct a background check and credit check. If you do not pass this screening, you will receive a notification letter. Step 3: You will be put on a waitlist until a unit becomes available. Step 4: Once a unit becomes available, the site manager will contact you and ask you to bring the required documents in person. These documents include: Six months of bank statements Pay stubs Government-issued ID, Driver's License Social Security card Records from Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and other similar payment platforms Step 5: We will review your documents to determine your rent based on your income and household size. Step 6: Sign the lease, tour the unit, and receive your keys.
