We're located just 10 minutes from Metropark, with a bus stop right outside - perfect for commuters! We also offer laundry, storage and free on-site parking for your convenience. Each spacious apartment has a terrace/patio, open concept living and dining rooms, eat-in kitchen, an individual 40 gallon hot water heater, as well as unit-specific control of the central heating and cooling. Most kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and vinyl plank flooring. The 2 bedroom units have double granite top vanities in the bathroom. At Sleepy Hollow Gardens you'll have immediate access to the GSP, NJ Turnpike, Rts 1 & 9, and 287. Additionally, you'll be very close to Main St in Woodbridge, Woodbridge Community Center, Menlo Park and Woodbridge Center malls. The local elementary and middle schools, as well as the library, are just a short walk away. We offer annual leases (12mo), no short term leases, and require a 1.5x security deposit due upon lease signing. Our application fee is $195, which includes $45 for credit check, $50 for township inspection and $100 toward first month's rent ($100 is refundable if you do not move in).
