Fountain View Apartments is a low income housing complex located just south of Colorado Springs. It is located near I-25 and Fountain Creek. Fountain maintains a small town atmosphere, while still providing convenient access to Colorado Springs.
Our floor plans offer two bedroom apartments with a town-home style feel, and one bedroom apartments with convenient one-level living. Each apartment has washer dryer hookups or access to an on-site laundry room, a private entrance, and a separate storage unit.
Rent ranges between $730-$897for a two bedroom, and $620-$799 for a one bedroom. Rent is income based and the exact rent is not determined until just before signing a lease.
