Bavaria West Apartments offers a charming and welcoming community of 24 studio apartments, just a short walk from downtown Frankenmuth. Pictures depict a similar unit. Located on a picturesque, tree-lined street with plenty of green space, it provides a peaceful yet convenient living experience. This is a garden-level unit, so there is about a half flight of stairs to get to it. The studios come with an a/c unit and plenty of parking. There is no on-site laundry, but the laundromat is only about 1.5 miles away. Both yearly and monthly leases available. For a year lease, it's $700/month with an $800 security deposit. That would mean $1,500 due before key exchange. For a monthly lease (3 month minimum), it's $800/month with a $900 security deposit. That would mean $1,700 due before key exchange. We also have a $50/month pet fee for up to two animals. Keys will not be exchanged without first month's rent (including pet fee if applicable) and security deposit. Interested in taking a tour?
