Pet owners are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet for the pet lease term. Shot records are required upon pet lease term. Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies, full blood or mixed at any percentage, are prohibited.
