The master bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a split hallway bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, both including a tub/shower combo available in each unit. The Deposit is $975 and flat monthly rent is $975. Water and electricity will be the tenant's responsibility. Amenities include a community garden at each building, playground, basketball court, soccer field, walking trail and gazebos at each building including grills and picnic tables.
