Students can each have their own room, share a room and split rent for one bedroom, or even pay extra to have more space! This large college house features a large living room/dining room off the kitchen, 1/2 bath on the first floor, large deck off of the kitchen for entertaining and a front porch for relaxing as well! All of the bedrooms are large and one of them has it's own bathroom on the 3rd floor. Washer and Dryer in basement along with storage Off street parking for 3 cars, street parking is available. We have other college houses as well that will be listed as they become available this Spring! There are houses that are 3 or 4 bedrooms for a smaller group of friends, apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms that offer more privacy. Please feel free to ask about the others!
