Clean and ready for rent September 1. Monthly rent includes water/sewer/internet. Tenant shall also pay appropriate taxes (4.712% GET on monthly rentals with 180 day rental term and if applicable 10.25% TAT (for rental terms less than 180 days). Currently there are 48 PV panels on roof and usually plenty of sunshine however if the monthly electricity bill is over $50, then tenant will pay a portion of the that bill.
